September 29, 2023 Reviewer: Sandra K. Holmen from Albuquerque, NM United States   I love all the products and what they do and how they feel on the skin. I wish that customer service would improve. I sent two emails trying to find out the status of my order; the emails never received an answer. I finally went to the website looking for a telephone number to speak with someone about the order. That is when I saw the ability to check on the order which I did. It gave me the estimated delivery date. I do think that four weeks to process the order is a little lengthy.  If that is the amount of time it takes, perhaps this could be posted on the website. I also wish that you would restock the beauty box so that it is available. I have been using these products for almost two years and am really enjoying them. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent moisture November 28, 2022 Reviewer: Peg Taylor from Easley, SC United States   I use all of Jacqueline Smith moisturizers. At almost 80 years old, people take me to be in my sixties.
